What is the best way to contact DSTVdesigns?

E-mail is the quickest and best way to reach me with questions or concerns, and my preferred method of communication.

How many invites should we order?

Invitation quantity should be based off number of couples/household and not number of individual guests. However, there are some exceptions - check out my blog on “who to send invites to” for more information! I recommend ordering 10-15 extra invitations.

When should we send out our invitations?

Invitations should go out 2 months prior to the wedding - that gives guests plenty of time to clear their schedules. For a destination wedding, give guests more time and send them out at least three months ahead of time.

What printing methods do you offer?

I offer all printing methods (digital/flat, foil, laser, thermography, letterpress, white ink). I work closely with our trusted vendors throughout the entire process. If there is something that you do not see, please inquire. Please note that foil & letterpress printing may add additional time to your timeline.

Will you assemble my invitations for me?

Assembly is not included in your quote unless you specifically ask for it. I would be more than happy to assemble your invitations for you and take this off of your very long to-do list!

Do you offer address printing?

Yes! Don’t forget to add this to your order to save you time on handwriting addresses! We print both guest addresses and your return address. I offer black, color, and white ink.

Can I see a sample of my design before ordering?

Absolutely! I would love to send you a physical proof of your design so you can see the product in person. I ask for $25 sample fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for samples as I make them custom for you!

* Please note I am not able to create samples for foil or letterpress invitations, but am happy to send you a digital print proof instead*

When will I receive my invitations?

All production times vary but typically 3-4 weeks after final proof has been approved! If you need your invitations sooner, please inquire about a rush order and I will do my best to accommodate your needs!

Is there anything I need to do?

To ensure that the entire design process goes off without a hitch, I’ll need a few favors from you! While your stationery pieces are being created, there are plenty of people from designers to printers working to make sure everything is ready in time for your big day. Because my creations are custom and require your approval, I ask that you please share your design feedback with me in a timely fashion to reach your desired deadline. If you plan on ordering guest addressing, you will also need to provide me with your guest list in the format of an Excel template, which I will provide you with.

There’s a typo! What now?

I do my very best to catch typos. However, please note that I cannot be held responsible for mistakes that you have approved during the proofing process.

I will never print anything without your approval, so ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information is correct.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time I accept cash, checks, PayPal, venmo, and Cashapp.

do you have a minimum order quantity and total?

Yes, I have a minimum order quantity of 25 invitations so please make sure you add enough extra invitations to your order to avoid having to meet the minimum if reordering! I also have a minimum order total of $500.

Is there anything else I need to know about postage or mailing?

I do not offer stuffing, stamping, or mailing services. When mailing out your invitations, to avoid damage, it is best to have your invitations hand-cancelled. This will allow the post office to sort your invitations manually, instead of through a machine that could cause damage.

Please note that I cannot be held liable for any damages or lost items caused through mailing.

I love your invitations, but they are not in my budget— do you offer more affordable options?

So happy you asked!! I offer DIY Templates on my Etsy shop where you can modify the template to your liking and print them at home or send to a print shop! My Etsy shop can be found at:
